Our mission
Who we are
Musicians and patriots, in the same room.
Cross-Love Movement is a Ghanaian company limited by guarantee, formed in 2023 by musicians who wanted faith, music, and community engagement to do more than entertain.
Our story
It began with musicians asking what their gift was for.
“A dedicated group of musicians and patriots, committed to using the power of music and community engagement to make a positive impact in society.”
Cross-Love Movement, Limited By Guarantee, is a Ghanaian organisation made up of musicians and patriots who believe music can do more than fill a room. It can teach, encourage, and call a community together.
We are driven by our passion for music, our faith in Christ, and our desire to promote social change and uplift those in need. That is not a slogan — it is why the organisation was formally registered on 18 May 2023.
Today CLM supports Bible-believing communities, helps upcoming and struggling gospel artistes jumpstart their careers, and trains volunteers to care for the environment around us. We are young, registered, and deliberate about staying close to the ground.
Our vision
A society where people are inspired by the beauty of music and motivated to contribute to the well-being of others and the planet.
Our goal
To propagate the Gospel of Christ by all means possible through targeted support to Christian and Bible-believing communities, while supporting upcoming and struggling gospel musicians to jumpstart their careers.

What we hold
Six things we will not trade away.
These are not wall posters. They are the tests we apply when a decision is difficult.
Faith in Christ
We are followers of Jesus first, musicians second. Everything we do is meant to point beyond us.
Music as ministry
Music is not decoration here. It is how we teach, encourage, mourn with people, and call a community together.
Dignity for every person
Artistes, church members, and families in deprived communities are never projects. They are neighbours with names.
Stewardship of creation
We believe the earth is entrusted to us. Waste segregation and recycling are acts of worship, not side projects.
Open hands, open books
We are a registered company limited by guarantee. Our objectives, registration, and finances are open to those who support us.
Collaboration
No single group can carry this. We work with churches, artists, schools, and organisations who share the burden.
The road so far
Young, registered, and already working.
We would rather show you what is documented than what we hope you will assume.

Voices
What people say when the cameras are gone.
Volunteers, artistes, church partners, and the people who host us.
“Cross-Love did not arrive as performers who needed a crowd. They asked what our service needed, rehearsed with our young people, and left the room stronger than they found it. Our musicians still talk about that night.”
Pastor Emmanuel Tetteh
Host pastor, The Church of Pentecost
Community 12 District, Tema
“I came with forty songs and no plan. Nobody told me I was already too late to start. They helped me finish one song properly, and that one song has opened more doors than the other thirty-nine.”
Abena Owusu
Gospel artiste, clinic participant
Accra
“I signed up expecting to sort plastic. What I actually learned was how to talk to my neighbour without sounding like a poster. That has been the useful part.”
Kwame Mensah
Creation care volunteer
Tema
“Most partnerships end at the photograph. This one came with a budget line for training and a request for feedback we did not want to give. That is how we knew it was serious.”
Naa Adjei
Community engagement lead, corporate partner
Accra
“The first time I served at Tudu, I spent more time listening than serving. That was the point, apparently. I have gone back every month since.”
Akosua Frimpong
Street outreach volunteer
Accra
“They asked what we needed before they told us what they wanted to give. The list was chairs, a keyboard, and a roof. They have not pretended it is finished.”
Pastor Daniel Awuni
Assembly leader, Bakanga Assembly
Bawku, Upper East
Leadership
A small leadership, a wide circle.
CLM is carried by musicians, volunteers, and partner churches. The team that holds it together is deliberately lean.
Edward Opoku-Agyemang
Secretary & Executive Director
Leads Cross-Love Movement’s work with churches, gospel artistes, and community partners across Ghana.
A volunteer movement
Musicians, media volunteers, recycling educators, and prayer partners do the work alongside the leadership. A full list of officers is available on request.
