Partnership

Build something that outlasts the announcement.

We work with companies, foundations, schools, and congregations who want their support to become a lasting part of a community, not a photograph.

Why partner with us

Small organisation. Serious accountability.

We are deliberately close to the ground — which means your support reaches people quickly, and you can see exactly where it went.

Outcomes you can report on

Every partnership is tied to named programmes and specific numbers — sessions held, instruments supplied, volunteers trained, communities reached.

A relationship, not a receipt

You will know the team, visit the work, and hear honestly about what is hard. We do not do glossy distance.

Your people can take part

Employee volunteering days, matched giving, and skills-based support that turn a logo into a real contribution.

Ways to partner

Four doors in.

Commitments range from a morning of staff volunteering to a multi-year programme grant. All of them matter.

Church partner

In-kind, venue, or volunteers

Host a Cross Session, share your space, or mobilise your congregation to serve alongside us.

  • A session planned with your leadership
  • Recognition as a host church
  • Updates on what the gathering achieved

How it works

From first call to final report.

Most partnerships are up and running within four to six weeks.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

Thirty minutes to understand what you want to achieve and what we actually need.

  2. 02

    Programme fit

We propose the specific work your support would fund — or tell you honestly if it is not a fit.

  3. 03

    Agreement

A short, plain agreement covering scope, timeline, reporting, and recognition.

  4. 04

    Together, then reported

Programme begins, quarterly updates follow, and a written impact report closes the loop.

Enquire

Tell us what you have in mind.

Even if the shape is not clear yet, a short conversation usually finds it.

We do not accept funding that compromises the dignity of the people we serve, and we will say so plainly if a proposal is not a fit.

We reply within two working days.

Questions

Partnership, answered.

A few things organisations usually want to know before the first call.

How long does a partnership take to set up?

Most partnerships begin within four to six weeks: an introductory call, a programme fit discussion, a short written agreement, and a start date.

Can we choose which programme to support?

Yes. You can fund a named programme — Cross Sessions, church support, artiste development, creation care, or compassion work — or ask us to direct support to the greatest need.

What reporting will we receive?

Programme partners receive quarterly updates and a written report on spend and outcomes on request. We can also arrange a visit to a session or outreach day.

Do you accept in-kind support?

Yes, where it genuinely serves a programme: instruments, seating, sound equipment, venue space, sorting bins, or staff time. We will tell you honestly if a donation is not a good fit.

Are you able to receive institutional grants?

Yes. We can provide our registration certificate, TIN, constitutional objectives, and a full proposal with a monitoring framework.
