Where are you based?
Our central office is at 28 Waterbird Lane, Sixth Avenue Street, Tema Community 11, Accra, Ghana. Programmes also run in the Upper East Region.
Can I visit a project?
Yes, by arrangement. Please give us at least two weeks so that we can prepare the host church or community and make the visit useful rather than disruptive.
How quickly will you reply?
Within two working days. If your message is urgent, call the office during opening hours.
How do I make a complaint?
Email us with “Complaint” in the subject line. Complaints go directly to the Executive Director and are acknowledged within 48 hours.
Visit the work
Come and see a programme day.
With two weeks’ notice we can host you at a Cross Session, a feeding day, or a recycling workshop. It is the most honest introduction there is.
